Child Safety

We know how important child safety is. Our blinds have some additional safety features for added piece of mind.

On roller blinds, two easy break chain connectors are fitted as standard which are designed to break under force.
A cord and chain cleat is now provided with all products with chains or cords, to allow them to be secured safety out of children's reach.
A larger warning tag to ensure the safety message is highly visible.
Plastic ring stops are fitted at the top of raise control cords on venetians to stops the ladder cord being pulled to create a dangerous loop.

Child Safety Components

There are also a number of additional safety components you can choose:

Sensible precautions should be taken once blinds have been installed:

Cords should be adjusted out of reach of children
Furniture should be positioned at a safe enough distance that children cannot climb onto blinds.
Cords and chains should be kept on a child safety cleat when near cots or beds.
Use cleats, cord and chain tidies so they do not hang free.
